Material:

For the manufacture of the halls, special anodized sections of Swedish aluminium alloy and steel connecting pieces with surface treatment (hot-dip galvanizing - to DIN 17615 and DIN 18800) are used, which not only gives the halls a luxury appearance but also guarantees a markedly longer service life of individual parts. The skin is PVC fabric, with basis weight of 670-900 g/m2, 100% waterproof, with lowered flammability (to DIN 4102 B1) from Sattler, Austria, and the metal mounting is from Franz Miederhoff, Germany, owing to which wear is minimized even in the case of frequent use.

Options:

The sheets can be divided in two (as entrances - pulling apart), with windows, holes for heating, belts for the suspending of promotional banners, fully transparent, translucent or opaque.

On request, the hall can be equipped with doors, floor, air conditioning, heating, lighting, furniture, etc.

The front and wall sheets can be replaced with a trapezoid galvanized sheet with plastic varnish coating, this type of skin is often used for the higher security of stored goods.

The sheets can be printed on in any manner you like (technologies used: digital printing, silk-screen printing, adhesive foil, cut graphics). We will gladly prepare a graphic design according to your vision FREE OF CHARGE.

Operating Conditions:

We guarantee the use of halls up to a wind speed of 72 km/h (i.e. gale) depending on the manner of anchorage and ground base type.

Standard halls are supplied with a snow load of 0.25 kN/m2. In winter it is necessary to remove snow from the hall roof mechanically or to keep the hall at a moderate below-roof temperature of 12 degrees Centigrade.

We can also offer specially modified heavy-duty halls with heightened resistance to wind and snow load (up to 1.5 kN/m2).
