Suspending of Walls and Fronts
The walls and fronts are suspended by means of plastic sleeves or sliders that are simply inserted into the profile grooves. This solution enables faster installation as well as having a modern and pleasing aesthetic appearance. We don’t use any rubber bands, cables, or snap-hooks!!!
Bottom Rods
The bottom rods mark off the precise dimensions for the layout of the construction poles. These rods also serve for the perfect tautness of the fronts and walls that consequently do not flutter in strong wind.
GUARANTEE
Material
For manufacture, special anodized sections of aluminium alloy and steel connecting pieces with surface treatment are used (to DIN 17615 and DIN 18800). The skin is PVC fabric, 100% waterproof, with lowered flammability (to DIN 4102 B1) from Sattler, Austria, and the metal mounting is from Franz Miederhoff, Germany. Another option for the skin is trapezoid galvanized sheet with plastic varnish coating that can be used for the front and walls. For scissor tents, 100% polyester with PU coating is used for the skin and aluminium alloy with surface treatment for the structure.
Operating Conditions
The marquees and halls can be used safely up to a wind speed of 72 km/h (i.e. gale) and the scissor tents up to a speed of 35 km/h (i.e. fresh breeze). However, the use depends on the ground base used at the place of construction (soft or hard) and the manner of anchorage.
Maximum Degree of Load
Should the marquee be located in an area with a high snow load, we can offer tent halls with an above-standard snow load of up to 96 kN/m2.
Guarantee
Three years for marquees and halls, two years for scissor tents.
DISTINCT FROM COMPETITORS
We differ in details as proven by long-term operation and frequent installations like the thickness of hooks of connecting pieces and connecting parts (racks, elbows, etc.), the use of the bottom rods, holding belts, load poles, eaves couplings with grooves, high-frequency welding of the sheets, welding-on and subsequent stitching of the stressed parts of the sheets, and so on. Our primary goal is an individual approach, quality and customer satisfaction.
WE OFFER STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE OF MARQUEES
The marquees are stored in Brno, where a complete servicing of minor repairs and tent washing takes place. The services of our installation team can also be used for marquee installation and removal.
FLEXIBILITY
System of Flexible Branding
We offer our customers the option of flexible branding of scissor tents by means of a fixing system in cases when the customer has several versions of a logo and can change them on a universal scissor tent according to current need.
